Power Platform Lead

As a Power Platform Lead, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, driving the digitization of operational activities across the bank. You will lead the engineering efforts, ensuring quality targets for engineering are met and supporting the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Your main responsibilities: Independently delivering projects, applications, and automated workflows using Power Platform tools

• Effectively communicating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design software solutions, and report progress
• Leading and executing best coding and delivery practices for Power Platform projects, staying updated with the latest trends
• Conducting feasibility assessments and proof of concepts
• Performing code reviews and coaching sessions for less experienced developers within a team
• Supporting DevOps setup and environment maintenance (CI/CD Pipelines, Environment Administration, etc.)
• Documenting technical specifications and user manuals for further reference
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Power Platform solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (min 2/3 years desired)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data models and visualizations in Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL & relational databases allowing independent work on Power BI Reports’ building
• Experience with DevOps practices and setup – CI/CD, Pipelines, etc.
• Experience in designing application UI/UX (with a focus on canvas applications)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry (nice to have)
• Skills in DAX and M Languages
• Knowledge of Jira
• Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate and/or Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Azure DevOps Engineer
