As a Private Cloud Program Management Officer – Data & Cloud Metrics, you will be working for our client, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, to streamline and coordinate private cloud initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective operations, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making and innovation in cloud technologies. Your main responsibilities:
- Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) for the Private Cloud domain, owning the schedule of key forums and facilitating their execution.
- Collaborate with Business Management, Risk, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams to coordinate cross-functional activities and initiatives.
- Prepare and optimize reports tailored for different audiences, ensuring data quality, consistency, and minimal friction.
- Provide general PMO support for Private Cloud leadership and stakeholders, assisting with progress tracking, clarity, and timely decision-making processes.
- Support the Head of Private Cloud Domain and People Managers with administrative tasks, including third-party contract extensions.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in program or project coordination within cloud, technology, or financial environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Ability to distil complex data into clear insights for various levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills fueled by a passion for metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
- An agile mindset, problem-solving spirit, and resourcefulness with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- A passion to develop AI skills and tools to optimize operational workflows.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications or experience related to cloud technologies or project management.
- Exposure to AI or automation tools in an enterprise environment.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English, with excellent command of spoken and written communication.
