Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model

As a Quant Analyst, you will work client’s ERM team. This team plays a critical role in identifying, managing, and analyzing enterprise-level risks. This includes conducting stress testing across various asset classes and risk categories. This role sits within the Stress Testing team of the Enterprise Risk Analytics group and requires experience and knowledge of Wholesale Credit Risk.

Your main responsibilities: Support the team with ongoing routine business-as-usual (BAU) data and attribution analysis

  • Develop, enhance, and validate methodologies and analytical tools used to measure and analyze Wholesale Credit Risk stress testing results
  • Assist in developing loss results analytics engines, Tableau reports, and analytical data pipelines
  • Document technical specifications and procedure changes within established procedures
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and document requirements for technology enhancements.
  • Review monthly stress testing results and perform variance analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly from the Portfolio Management Group, to obtain, understand, analyze, and propose solutions to various stress loss data and system issues
  • Partner with Technology and Project Management teams to implement model changes and capability enhancement projects
  • Communicate effectively with managers, senior leaders, and various key stakeholders regarding required changes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role within financial services or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Wholesale Credit Risk
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and programming experience in Python
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders from Finance, Risk, and Business units
