Robotics Process Automation Business Analyst

As a Robotics Process Automation Business Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out process analysis with our external and internal customers to identify automation feasibility. You will be part of an international unit that is responsible for automating processes for many clients from various industries on the market. As a team of the best professionals, you will research and develop processes in the company in accordance with the latest trends.

Your main responsibilities: Identify process optimization opportunities that need to be actioned prior to automation deployments

• Interface directly with the customer on a daily basis to understand their processes and automation needs
• Cooperate with the development team
• Collaborate with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
• Compile costs required for RPA implementation and calculate business benefits – return on investment
• Manage process elements (demand, approval, access requests, security) together with the DSPU department
• Support the team in project planning activities, estimating, and evaluating risks
• Create business and technical documentation, and user manuals per defined standards
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Actively take part in global and local Automation CoE projects

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
• Process Mapping background/experience
• Analytical and inquisitive mind with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and business process awareness skills
• Proficient MS Office literacy (especially MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams)
• Pro-active approach and ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances
• Understanding of IT architecture
• Good understanding of process digitization solutions is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
• RPA knowledge (UiPath, BluePrism, PowerAutomate) would be an advantage
