Senior Agile Transformation Manager – IT & Business Change

Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

As a Senior Agile Transformation Manager – IT & Business Change, you will be working for our client, a major player in the industry committed to driving digital innovation and organizational excellence. You will support a comprehensive transformation towards Agile and Product Organization models, collaborating closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. This role offers a strategic opportunity to influence enterprise-level change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and implement operational Agile models (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, hybrid) across the organization
• Lead the transition from project-based to product-based delivery frameworks
• Build and optimize organizational structures (squads, chapters, value streams) in alignment with strategic goals
• Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices within IT and business teams
• Support leadership (Head of IT, Product Owners, Delivery Leads) in change management and process improvements
• Design governance models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms (OKRs, flow metrics)
• Develop and deploy tools that support Agile transformation processes
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communicate change initiatives effectively

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years’ experience in IT and leading Agile transformations
• Proven record of organizational Agile/SAFe/DevOps implementations
• Experience working in large, matrix organizations with multiple teams and complex environments
• Strong ability to influence senior management and strategic decision-making
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify), and metrics (DORA, flow metrics, OKRs)
• Experience in shifting delivery models from project to product
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2/C1 level)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as SAFe SPC, Agile Coach, Scrum Master
