As a Senior Digital Product Specialist – Customer Experience and Data Analysis, you will be working for our client, a leading entity in life-sciences sector dedicated to enhancing sales and customer service journeys across the EMEA region. In this role, you will help craft seamless user experiences and utilize cutting-edge AI tools to analyze complex datasets, supporting continuous product improvement and user engagement.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive user adoption through targeted communications, training, documentation, and launch plans tailored to multiple products and platforms.
- Analyze product usage data and user interactions to identify trends and derive actionable insights, focusing on metrics like adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Act as subject matter expert for user queries, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with engineering to implement effective resolutions.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation for training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and educational activities.
- Coordinate end-user testing scenarios in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring quality and alignment for iterative release cycles.
- Provide ongoing product support, monitor performance, and address inquiries proactively to uphold high quality standards.
- Create and analyze metrics related to user satisfaction, adoption, and overall experience to influence future product development.
- Monitor digital product trends to recommend enhancements that increase value and user engagement.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management, data analysis, or related fields.
- Strong background in interpreting complex datasets related to product usage and user engagement.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and methodologies for deriving strategic insights.
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, customer experience management, and change management processes.
- Experience with digital product implementation and software development lifecycle concepts.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English — excellent written and verbal communication skills.
