Senior Full Stack Developer – Java & Angular

Location & Work Model
Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 remote days per week).

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in cloud-based enterprise solutions. You will be instrumental in delivering and continuously optimizing internal applications that support dynamic business needs. Your expertise will drive project success, foster technical excellence, and enable scalable growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of full stack applications using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to design, adapt, and optimize custom cloud solutions for internal projects
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and overall solution quality through proactive optimization
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery, clear technical direction, and strong alignment with customer needs
• Support and mentor junior developers, strengthening team capability and engineering best practices
• Promote innovation through exploring and applying emerging technologies and modern engineering approaches

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in software/application development
• Strong expertise in Java and modern backend development (including Spring Boot)
• Strong expertise in Angular, Angular Material, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building API service architectures (REST, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with Docker or similar container technologies
• A self-managed, quality-focused mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills, including leadership and mentorship capabilities

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure Cloud
• Experience with build automation and continuous integration tools

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English
