As a Senior React Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in cutting-edge communication technology. You will help build a polished, production-ready React web application designed to deliver an exceptional chat experience as a standalone product. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a production-grade React chat application with smooth real-time streaming capabilities.
• Build intuitive, dynamic UI components for chat interactions that seamlessly handle complex client-side states.
• Collaborate with the team to create high-quality frontend features, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Manage challenging client-side states effectively, ensuring responsive and reliable user experiences.
• Leverage modern design systems such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, or Radix UI to produce visually polished interfaces.
• Integrate streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs) to enhance interactive capabilities.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the chat platform to support real-time, engaging user interactions.
• Work within a flexible hybrid model, combining in-office collaboration and remote productivity.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of advanced React and TypeScript development experience.
• Proven expertise in building real-time, streaming UI applications.
• Strong command of Tailwind CSS and modern design systems like shadcn/ui or Radix UI.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Demonstrated skills managing complex client-side states in fast-paced environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, including entities and activity types.
• Hands-on knowledge of streaming AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar.

Language required for the role:

• English (Communicative level).
