As a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the CRM and enterprise solutions industry. You will help build and enhance critical CRM functionalities, driving impactful digital transformation and improving client engagement strategies. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Optimize existing CRM processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement new Salesforce functionalities following best practices.
• Lead technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Establish and enforce coding standards across the development team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript (advanced) and Java (intermediate).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Python.
• Salesforce or related certifications.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish: good command
• English: communicative level
