As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in banking and financial services, dedicated to transforming credit processes and risk management. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and implementing system changes in decision support systems, ensuring efficient and secure credit workflows, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge banking solutions that empower financial growth and stability.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct system analysis of decision-making changes in credit and mortgage systems.
• Collaborate on group projects to develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for system modifications.
• Design and optimize REST API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Support and maintain existing credit systems, implementing improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
• Continuously update your knowledge of banking processes and system analysis techniques.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system analysis within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and system analysis methodologies.
• Proven experience with REST API design and integration.
• Familiarity with credit, risk, and mortgage process frameworks.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of BPMN and AbInitio is a strong plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Language required for the role: Polish (good command).
