As a Technical Analyst, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution, on an exciting project called the PAM Project.

Your main responsibilities: collaborating with the Technical Delivery team on the HSBC PAM Programme to resolve queries related to Design, Build, and Test activities

• Using your tenacity and determination to understand and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the bank across various technology platforms, providing detailed technical support for Design, Build, and test documentation
• Applying key Business Analysis skills, including stakeholder management and requirements engineering, to work closely with Project Managers and SMEs
• Identifying requirements in Infrastructure technologies with clarity and detail, including Operating Systems, Databases, and Networks
• Facilitating sessions to manage and resolve requirement-related issues effectively
• Gaining an understanding of product opportunities and constraints, relating them to project deliverables, and engaging in discussions with technical peers to validate proposed solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong Business Analysis skills, especially in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
• Experience with Infrastructure technologies, ensuring clear and unambiguous requirements
• Familiarity with Operating Systems, Databases, and Networks
• The ability to facilitate sessions to resolve requirement issues
• Confidence in using and communicating in the English language

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar technical analyst role
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Understanding of financial industry regulations
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Certification in Business Analysis or related fields
