As a Technology Service Lines Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services committed to transforming their DevOps landscape. This role is pivotal in enhancing the engineering experience across the organization by identifying and executing innovative solutions that streamline software delivery. You will be part of a team dedicated to reducing technical debt and fostering a culture of agility, ensuring that the bank can swiftly adapt to changing needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinating and agreeing on change initiatives with senior stakeholders across global business functions
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities in the technology landscape and delivering measurable results
- Delivering transformation while working in an agile environment, utilizing industry-standard methodologies
- Providing subject matter expertise and facilitation to stakeholders and the wider engineering community
- Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining accountability throughout the transformation process
- Communicating schedules, delivery dates, and scope changes effectively to all stakeholders
- Overseeing the adoption and rollout of agreed operating models within engineering teams
- Developing ways of working that recognize risks and ensure continuous feedback to maximize success
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Experience driving transformation in technology within a DevOps or Agile environment
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of working on global initiatives and engaging stakeholders across multiple locations
- Experience supporting agile methodologies against a baseline release schedule
- Ability to measure and analyze outcomes of change initiatives effectively
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills
- A process-oriented and structured approach to project management
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience applying industry-leading standards and technologies in the software delivery lifecycle
- Comfort with a fail-fast mindset and continuous innovation practices
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and aligning business risk appetite with implementation approaches
