ITDS in the Best Place to Work™ rankings!

We are delighted to announce that in this year’s fifteenth edition of the competition organized in Poland by Great Place To Work®, ITDS has been recognized in two prestigious rankings and has received a special distinction! And it’s all thanks to our incredible Team!

ITDS has been included in the list of Best Place to Work™ Poland 2023, alongside 45 other winners. These companies were rated the highest by their employees in anonymous surveys. This edition of the competition saw a record number of participants, with a total of 180 companies taking part.

ITDS has been recognized as one of the best workplaces for Millennials (4th place) and one of the best companies employing fewer than 500 employees (12th place). Additionally, UN Global Compact Network Poland, the strategic partner of the competition, awarded the title of Advocate for Ethical Standards to 15 more winners, including ITDS. These companies have met the standards set forth in the Ethical Program, a document developed by Global Compact Network Poland in 2015 based on UN guidelines.
