Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week

We want to strengthen our Nearshore Team with a smart and dynamic Lead Acquisition Specialist. This role is crucial, as it will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential prospects that will contribute significantly to the growth of the business by building and managing a pipeline of leads.

Your main responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential clients through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry networks

  • Analyze market trends to locate new opportunities
  • Establish initial contact with prospects via email, phone, or social media
  • Develop personalized communication strategies to engage potential leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead details using CRM software
  • Assess the viability and potential of leads based on specific business criteria
  • Nurture qualified leads through effective follow-ups
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop lead-generation strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion outcomes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Nice to have: 
    • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and it will be a strong plus if you have fluency in other language
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize lead generation strategies and performance reports
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proactive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-driven
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with sales and marketing teams
