As a Middleware Technical Lead Analyst, you will be working for our client, a prominent player in the financial services industry. You’ll lead technical initiatives in Identity & Access Management (IAM), ensuring the security and integrity of our financial systems and data.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing processes for comprehensive account provisioning
  • Collaborating with engineering counterparts to review and adapt to platform upgrades  introduced by version upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing IAM controls
  • Working closely with engineering teams to implement necessary adjustments to IAM processes and configurations in response to platform changes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Enhancing provisioning processes to meet new compliance requirements
  • Leading the design and implementation of compliance assessment mechanisms
  • Providing technical expertise for integrating IAM controls into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Conducting audits and assessments to optimize the IAM framework
  • Mentoring team members and maintaining technical documentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Extensive technical leadership experience in relevant technologies (5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
  • Understanding of specific application software such as NetApp Data ONTAP, ONTAP Select, Veritas NetBackup, SAP & WAS. Familiarity with related technologies such as operating systems (e.g. Linus, Windows), networking protocols, scripting languages (e.g. Shell scripting, PowerShell), and database management systems (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) would be desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles and practices. Including authentication, authorisation & access control, particularly on the designated platform
  • Experience in control environments and compliance measures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Adaptability to accommodate new compliance requirements
  • Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with related technologies and scripting languages
  • Ability to adapt IAM processes and configurations
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
