Network Analyst

Warsaw – based opportunity with possibility to work 2 days a weekly remote

As a Network Analyst, you will work for our Client – one of the largest private banking businesses in the world. In this role, you will be part of the Command Center Operations team. Play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and resilience of their global network infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work from a state-of-the-art regional Command Center, collaborating with Workflow Coordinators, Staff Managers, and the Network Team, as well as with other Operations Centers around the world. Work on demonstrating expertise in network technologies and a willingness to learn new platforms, tools and processes.

Your main responsibilities: Maintain our client’s global network infrastructure, one of the largest in the world

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues up to Layer 3 (and sometimes Layer 4) of the OSI model
• Collaborate with various carriers and vendors worldwide (e.g., Verizon, Colt, Telmex, AT&T, Cisco, Arista)
• Manage hardware replacements, including pre-staging, 1:1 device replacements, and supervisory module replacements
• Identify and resolve network configuration issues
• Cooperate with internal network expert teams across the globe

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in network operations, preferably within a Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Industry-recognized network certifications (CCNA or equivalent) is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of networking hardware from leading vendors (Cisco, Arista, F5, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, etc.)
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm) in a follow-the-sun model
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to find solutions
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage workloads effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• A high drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
