Network and Security Specialist

As a Network Security Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading technology company focused on ensuring the stability and integrity of network services. Your role encompasses planning, designing, and developing LANs, WANs, WiFi networks, and firewalls across the organization.

Your main responsibilities: Participating in the planning and designing cloud and enterprise network architecture

• Creating and maintaining documentation related to configuration, network mapping, and processes
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for administration and disaster recovery
• Responding to IT security incidents and system outages following business continuity plans
• Conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3 years of equivalent work experience in networking and/or cloud areas
• A college diploma or university degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud services
• Familiarity with firewall technologies, particularly PaloAlto and Fortigate
• Certification in Cisco networking technology is advantageous
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems
• Strong communication skills in English
