PEGA Lead System Architect

As a PEGA Lead System Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, spearheading the development of Pega System Architect capability in the Corporate Lending area. Your role is pivotal in shaping the client’s future digital transformation, ensuring visionary customer-centric digital experiences.

Your main responsibilities: Acting as a Pega development subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance and support

• Defining development and code review standards
• Building and maintaining common components
• Shaping the future application roadmap
• Defining governance to ensure integrity of Pega Layer Cake™ architecture
• Assisting in scoping and sizing of new projects
• Mentoring and supporting other colleagues
• Working closely with Pega System company and their consultants

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years actively working with Pega systems as a Senior or Lead System Architect
• 3+ years of experience as a Pega certified Lead System Architect
• Solid hands-on Pega development experience, preferably within the Financial sector
• Leadership skills to establish standards and effective working methods
• Stayed updated on the latest Pega features and standards
• Possess strong technical consulting skills to drive innovative software solutions
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, Application Servers, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques
• Understanding of how Pega Center of Excellence is set up and functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Interest in training and mentoring others to become future System Architects
