As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, in the Data & Analytics Office (DAO) project. The DAO aims to foster a data-driven culture by implementing strategies like Fix The Back Book, Engage Colleagues, and Build Sustainable Capabilities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior PMO Manager to ensure delivery within cost, quality, and timescale objectives
  • Monitoring and escalating RAID issues to resolution
  • Managing and monitoring delivery governance adhering to Client’s Change Framework
  • Monitoring, reporting, and managing delivery budgets and expenditure
  • Proactively tracking benefits and OKRs against targets
  • Implementing DAO delivery standards and conducting quality assurance checks
  • Managing project documentation and updating process documents
  • Providing support for delivery setup, ongoing tracking, and closure activities
  • Supporting adherence to Change Framework standards and providing training
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of PMO experience
  • Experience in data-related change, preferably in financial services
  • Understanding or knowledge of data and best practices
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with agile management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing process improvement
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certification in project management or Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting projects
  • Knowledge of data management principles
  • Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
