As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a prominent global financial institution dedicated to enhancing its customer satisfaction and governance processes. You will support key initiatives related to resource management, governance, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of processes, tracking progress, and improving governance frameworks. You will be instrumental in maintaining organizational metrics, managing resourcing activities, and fostering strong relationships with external vendors, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the client’s operations.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the organization and delivery of routine management meetings, including agenda preparation and tracking actions
  • Assisting the Head of CSAT Governance with priority tasks, escalations, and monitoring key commitments
  • Driving the development, implementation, and improvement of governance processes
  • Maintaining organizational charts, headcount trackers, new joiner packs, and relevant Confluence pages
  • Supporting managers with headcount resourcing, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Partnering with Cybersecurity Work Force Management and Global Recruitment teams for effective headcount management
  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with external vendors
  • Providing weekly updates on current headcount and hiring status
  • Conducting analysis on monthly usage of RTB/CTB Clarity codes
  • Demonstrating flexibility to address shifting or competing priorities

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Confluence
  • Effective problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • A proactive, independent, and collaborative work style
  • Ability to manage last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated flexibility in handling shifting priorities
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a junior capacity
  • Experience with governance processes and resourcing metrics

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in managing headcount resourcing and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity workforce management and recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with Clarity codes and analysis
