As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global organization, supporting the Delivery Head and project managers in achieving critical program objectives. Your role will involve overseeing financials, recruitment, project reporting, vendor management, and communications to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of key initiatives. You will play a vital role in collecting data, defining metrics, conducting analyses, and generating management reports to aid decision-making. By providing timely and precise insights, you will contribute to process improvement and global project success.

Your main responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data to define project metrics and key performance indicators

  • Creating and delivering Management Information (MI) reports for stakeholders
  • Managing recruitment logistics and supporting human resources processes
  • Overseeing project financials, including budget tracking and reporting
  • Coordinating vendor management activities and maintaining effective communication with partners
  • Supporting logistics and ensuring smooth execution of project objectives
  • Assisting in process improvement initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities
  • Working closely with the Delivery Head and Project Manager on ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting activities
  • Contributing to effective communication strategies across global project teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in project management support or a PMO role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining Management Information (MI) reports
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across global teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of global delivery team operations or similar environments
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR support
