Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 60% remote

As a PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution that integrates FinTech thinking with Big Bank funding. The role focuses on supporting the delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes that align with the organization’s long-term goals. This includes enabling innovative technology solutions, managing complex global change portfolios, and ensuring alignment with strategic requirements such as technology roadmaps and risk management.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes
  • Aligning portfolios with organizational priorities and technology roadmaps
  • Developing and owning business cases and benefit validations
  • Coordinating and tracking portfolio health and ensuring adherence to frameworks
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to report progress and manage risks
  • Ensuring inter-program dependencies are identified and managed effectively
  • Managing strategic planning cycles to align financial investment with goals
  • Preparing comprehensive reports, audits, and status updates
  • Driving continuous improvement across project delivery cycles
  • Facilitating planning activities and ensuring the smooth operation of portfolios

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • A strong understanding of portfolio management frameworks and methodologies
  • Proven stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms
  • Experience in financial planning processes, including forecasting and variance management
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to bring teams together
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in continuous improvement and driving best practices
  • A track record of working with senior stakeholders in technology-driven environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of fintech products and services
  • Experience with cash flow and P&L accounting principles
  • Familiarity with global change management strategies
