As an Automation Specialist, you will be working for our client, a fast-paced organization operating at the forefront of financial technology. The client focuses on enhancing the efficiency of digital services and support operations within the FinTech industry. You will join a cross-functional team responsible for improving internal support systems by designing and implementing automation workflows that reduce manual efforts, boost system reliability, and increase overall productivity. Your role will blend technical problem-solving with effective communication across support and partner teams.

Your main responsibilities: Automate repetitive support tasks using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or Make

  • Propose and implement process improvements to increase system efficiency and stability
  • Collaborate with first- and second-line support teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Work with external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, especially in the payment services area
  • Maintain and document automation solutions clearly and consistently
  • Monitor performance of automation tools and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices
  • Train support teams on the usage and benefits of newly implemented automation workflows
  • Report automation results and proposed optimizations to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with new tools and trends in the automation and FinTech landscape

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience with low-code and no-code automation tools (n8n knowledge is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automating repetitive processes
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of support environments, particularly in FinTech
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced digital teams
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English
