DevSecOps Delivery Lead

As a DevSecOps Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to enhancing its technology landscape. In this role, you will drive the optimization of secure development processes across various teams, focusing on improving efficiency and simplifying technical workflows. You will coordinate and manage the delivery of optimization solutions, ensuring seamless integration across different technology functions and business units. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Engaging with SMEs to ensure deliverables are well-defined, including the definition of “done”
• Creating delivery plans and roadmaps for process improvements
• Managing the delivery of multiple technical process or service enhancements
• Identifying and managing the critical path of activities, escalating issues when necessary
• Building strong relationships with managers and key resources across various technology teams
• Reporting on progress using standard templates
• Tracking the adoption of new/improved processes and reporting on key metrics, such as total toil saved
• Ensuring key resources, stakeholders, and RACI for each deliverable are defined and understood
• Supporting the clear definition of deliverables, value/benefits, and acceptance criteria
• Driving delivery and creating roadmaps that align with critical business goals

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in delivery management with a focus on technical process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus)
• Understanding of cybersecurity code scanning tools (Aquasec, Checkmarx, DAST, MAST, SonarQube)
• Solid knowledge of the end-to-end software delivery process and lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage delivery across diverse teams
• Experience in tracking and reporting on technical process improvements and metrics
• Ability to create and manage delivery plans and roadmaps effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in large financial services organizations
• Familiarity with advanced DevSecOps practices and tools
• Background in managing complex technology optimization projects
• Certification in project management or related fields
• Knowledge of additional cybersecurity tools and technologies
