As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a globally recognized financial institution, to support the development and transition of a new Workforce Management application. This project involves replacing an existing SharePoint site with a greenfield solution called ComPass, designed to manage new joiners and workforce-related tasks. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the application’s features while ensuring performance optimization and seamless productization. Collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential to drive the development of a robust and high-quality solution.
Your main responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining features for the ComPass application
- Translating application requirements into functional, efficient code
- Ensuring high-quality and reusable C# .NET code
- Collaborating with testers to support application testing and bug fixing
- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and system issues
- Maintaining application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Supporting the productionization of the .NET-based solution
- Utilizing front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for UI development
- Working with SQL Server for database design and optimization
- Utilizing code versioning tools such as GIT for source code management
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience with .NET 6 or newer versions
- Expertise in database management using Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with MVC, WebAPI, and RESTful service architectures
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles
- Experience with code versioning tools, especially GIT
- Ability to implement unit tests and work with automated testing frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
