As a Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading insurance institution, on a cutting-edge project to develop business applications implemented in an IBM BAW environment. You will be involved in the entire development cycle, from creating intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks to building scalable back-end systems. Your experience in technologies such as Java, JavaScript and cloud platforms will be key to delivering innovative solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Performance optimization and stabilization of implemented solutions

• Designing, implementing, developing and maintaining business applications (designing, development, testing, deployment) implemented in an environment based on IBM Business Automation Workflow / Filenet P8 products
• Programming support during the deployment of solutions
• Identification and removal of production issues
• Cooperation with stakeholders to develop and implement modern, flexible and optimal IT solutions in line with PZU and IT strategy
• Designing and documenting system architectures (High Level Design, Detailed Design)
• Estimating the workload of changes in IT systems
• Maintaining and updating the technical documentation repository of IT systems

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java programming, including object-oriented programming principles and design patterns,
• Experience in developing and maintaining systems built on the IBM BAW platform
• Ability to implement web services using SOAP and REST standards
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL, with a particular focus on Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Subversion is a plus
