As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. Join our innovative team dedicated to cutting-edge solutions in banking. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic IT team, contributing to projects around the ECM system, serving as the main repository for electronic documentation within the bank. Projects are executed with agility, adhering to best practices and high-quality standards.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and refine requirements with Business/ Stakeholders

• Analyze and create functional documentation in Confluence
• Manage project backlog (creating and describing tasks) in JIRA, prioritizing tasks
• Organize and lead scrum meetings (daily, refinement, review)
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct solution testing, and coordinate UAT tests
• Collaborate with the project team (Architect, PM, Developer, Product Owner)

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst in IT projects (preferably in banking/financial sector)
• Ability to define and systematize business requirements
• Proficient communication with internal users (business), development team, IT units, and software vendors
• Excellence in preparing, defining, describing, and modifying business processes using BPMN
• Knowledge of preparing functional specifications for IT systems in UML notation
• Familiarity with various integration methods, system communication (REST/SOAP/Other)
• Experience in data migration, preparing, defining, and describing data structures
• UX/UI knowledge, prototyping, and mock-up skills
• Experience with ECM systems is a plus
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
