As a Model Risk Policy Expert, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on optimizing the Stress Testing Framework to manage risks effectively in Regulatory Reporting outputs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to implementing and optimizing the Stress Testing Framework
• Coordinate Risk Stewards to ensure timely Stress Testing activities
• Review stress testing processes and controls for Regulatory Reporting
• Provide independent analysis on assumptions and refine stress model controls
• Oversee Balance Sheet and Cost Projections processes
• Support the bank’s preparedness for stress scenarios and recovery phases
• Maintain dialogue with various stakeholders and functions
• Review outputs from the Assurance team and enhance the control environment
• Monitor and track issues related to Stress Testing risks
• Contribute to maturing the Risk and Control Library

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of Treasury Risks and Stress Testing regulation
• Strong professionalism and competency in risk management
• Ability to form effective relationships at senior levels
• Advanced analysis techniques and financial services industry knowledge
• Experience in Treasury Risk Management in large financial organizations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across regions
• Proven experience in change management and leading large teams

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Qualifications in accounting, finance, or relevant numerate subject
• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in relevant numerate subject
