As a Program Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, supporting its Data & Analytics Office (DAO). The DAO aims to foster a data-driven culture within the organization, focusing on areas like data management policies, colleague engagement, and sustainable capabilities. As a Program Manager, you’ll primarily support the “Fix The Back Book” pillar of the strategy.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leading a team of project managers, business analysts, and contingent project resources across multiple locations
• Executing the Data Movement (DMOV) program through AGILE methodology
• Providing holistic oversight of product development roadmaps and adoption plans
• Implementing DMOV across priority scope with data-driven dashboards
• Reducing costs and efforts for ongoing compliance with DMOV controls through increased automation
• Visualizing end-to-end movements of data across the organization

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in data-related projects
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams across different locations
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and build consensus around project plans and changes
• Experience in financial services or related industries, with a focus on data governance and compliance
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex program challenges
• Capability to manage budgets, resources, and third-party contracts effectively
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance performance and career growth
• Adherence to risk management and control frameworks, ensuring compliance and quality assurance

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous exposure to large-scale data migration or data management initiatives
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects effectively
