Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Programme Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services. The client is committed to transforming the way data is managed and utilized across the organization. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Client’s department driving the Business Data Architecture (ARIS) program. Your role will involve leading teams across multiple locations, ensuring the integration of robust data management practices, and delivering on an ambitious program aimed at building a more resilient, data-driven future.

Your main responsibilities: Leading a team of project managers, business analysts, and contingent resources

  • Overseeing the execution of the programme using AGILE methodology
  • Managing and aligning product development roadmaps across the programme
  • Ensuring the ARIS platform aligns with DAO’s strategy
  • Driving resilience and governance requirements within the Business Data Architecture program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer and colleague experiences
  • Leading the delivery of an integrated ecosystem for process and catalog management
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress to senior leadership
  • Managing risk and issues, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within financial services
  • Strong understanding of AGILE methodology and project delivery frameworks
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Expertise in business data architecture, process management, and governance
  • Ability to manage complex programs with a focus on resilience and scalability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in executing large-scale transformation programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with ARIS or similar Business Architecture platforms
  • Familiarity with Data & Analytics strategies in a financial context
  • Experience with driving digital transformation in large organizations
  • Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance standards
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in working with AGILE tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with process and catalog management best practices
  • Experience in leading multi-generational technology roadmaps
  • Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
  • Exposure to governance frameworks and risk management practices
