As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial leader, to drive data-driven cultural transformation and deliver strategic projects with measurable impact. This role involves planning, mobilizing, and executing complex projects aligned with a robust data governance framework. You will ensure effective project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency, contributing to a sustainable and innovative approach to financial data management.
Your main responsibilities: Planning, mobilizing, and delivering projects of high complexity and scale
- Ensuring alignment with the broader change portfolio and data strategy
- Leading change initiatives and establishing robust project governance frameworks
- Partnering with Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile ceremonies and workflows
- Highlighting, escalating, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies
- Managing scope, requirements, benefits, schedules, and budgets effectively
- Collaborating with stakeholders across markets and functions to ensure buy-in
- Delivering regulatory-compliant solutions for data quality and lifecycle management
- Creating assurance and sign-off documentation for key deliverables
- Providing status updates, recommendations, and reporting to senior management
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Extensive experience managing large and complex projects in a global environment
- Expertise in data quality remediation and data lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of financial institutions and regulatory requirements (PRA/EBA)
- Proficiency in delivering regulatory change and implementation projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and impactful communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience applying Agile methodologies in project and product development
- Proficiency in project planning, tracking, and reporting with attention to detail
- Agile certifications such as SAFe or equivalent
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with financial institution standards and processes
- Experience creating and managing assurance and sign-off packs
- Success in working within a global matrix organization model
