Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week).

As a FullStack Developer you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the banking sector that is undergoing continuous digital transformation. You will support the development of modern online banking platforms by contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The project involves building new features and optimizing existing systems using the latest technologies in .NET and React. You will be part of a collaborative development team focused on clean code, innovation, and software quality.

Your main responsibilities: Develop web applications using .NET and React technologies

• Perform code reviews and suggest improvements
• Write unit tests to ensure software reliability
• Ensure high performance and security of the application
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and analysts
• Design and build scalable microservices
• Participate in improving the system’s architecture
• Document REST APIs using Swagger
• Optimize application performance
• Support the continuous improvement of development practices

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React and related frontend technologies
• Solid understanding of RESTful Web Services and .NET
• Practical experience with Entity Framework
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation
• Familiarity with GIT and version control workflows
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Understanding of SQL and database query optimization
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices
• Good grasp of distributed system concepts
• Apache Kafka from a developer’s perspective
