As a Transaction Control Analyst, you will be working for one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world. You will support complex transactional processes within investment fund accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and oversee various control functions, becoming an essential part of maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and integrity.

Your main responsibilities: Accurately and promptly book transactions executed on investment fund accounts, verifying instructions for correctness and completeness

  • Prepare and deliver accounting records and reports to relevant teams, including both standard and customized documentation
  • Perform control functions by verifying transactions within the accounting system and preparing summaries and reports
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams in alignment with your duties
  • Respond to standard and non-standard queries, maintaining high standards of professional correspondence
  • Support the team in handling non-standard situations that require advanced knowledge and experience
  • Monitor work quality, identifying any gaps or risks in processes, and implement solutions independently
  • Recognize and initiate improvements for ineffective areas within your daily responsibilities, proposing enhancements
  • Develop and maintain procedure documentation according to company standards
  • Lead and participate in team and cross-departmental projects as necessary
  • Complete additional business tasks as assigned by management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in a similar transactional or financial control role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client interactions
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial systems, as well as an understanding of investment fund operations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork and a dedication to upholding company principles and values in all work activities
