As a Process Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a project within Identity and Access Management. Your main responsibility will be analyzing, documenting, and designing business processes from requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure new or revised processes align with project objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough analysis of existing business processes
• Understanding the process requirements
• Developing process maps, workflows, and documentation
• Collaborating closely with key project stakeholders and multi-functional teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in process modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Detail-oriented nature with a methodical problem-solving approach
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience working in a fast-paced complex environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working on large global programs within the financial sector
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity and Access Management
