Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model
As a Project Coordinator, you will join our client’s Product Control Group and lead the implementation of their Strategic Ledger. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of this strategic project. You will manage a team of analysts, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive the digitization of our controlling activities.
Your main responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget
- Develop and execute project plans, manage scope, and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Drive the digitization of controlling processes and implement new technologies
- Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of financial products and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and financial systems is a plus
