Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remote.

As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a major financial institution committed to building a data-driven culture through enhanced data management, governance, and strategic planning. You will be part of the Data Change Centre of Excellence, leading complex global projects focused on improving business architecture, risk management, and operational efficiency. Your role involves planning and delivering projects that align with broader organizational strategies, ensuring they meet quality standards and comply with regulatory obligations.

Your main responsibilities: Ensuring applicability and alignment to the Group Business Architecture Framework and Standards for all activities

  • Driving synergies across multiple initiatives to identify opportunities for standardization and reduce complexity
  • Working closely with Programme Managers and the Client’s Portfolio Management team for alignment with broader strategies
  • Influencing project approaches and building stakeholder buy-in around plans and changes
  • Leading change initiatives with robust project governance in line with the client’s Change Framework
  • Partnering with Scrum Masters to facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Delivering projects effectively by escalating and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across various markets
  • Proactively managing scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget to meet commitments
  • Making recommendations to influence decision-making for successful project delivery

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Exceptional understanding of Business Architecture and experience with migrations
  • Extensive project management skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large, complex global projects
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, specializing in impactful communication
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
  • Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with financial institutions and broad industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with the client’s standards and processes
  • Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization model
  • Agile certification(s) such as SAFe (preferred)

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience working with business architecture platforms such as ARIS
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and standards
  • Proven success in managing migrations and large-scale architectural changes
  • Understanding of regulatory obligations related to data management
  • Familiarity with the client’s strategic objectives
