As a QA PowerApps specialist, you will be working for our client, a prominent global financial institution focused on enhancing its technology solutions for credit risk management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of various applications, including those developed using Power Apps. You will apply your expertise in testing frameworks and tools to drive excellence in application development and deployment, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, WebDriver, and TestNG
• Implementing and maintaining BDD frameworks with Cucumber and Karate, JQuery
• Performing API testing using Rest Assured and other relevant tools
• Managing DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, and G3 for continuous integration
• Conducting performance and stress testing using JMeter
• Utilizing SQL and MongoDB for database operations and data validation
• Documenting and tracking test cases and defects using JIRA and Zephyr
• Communicating proactively with product owners, developers, and database engineers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Applying Agile methodologies to prepare and execute test strategies for medium to high-range projects
• Ensuring applications meet security, scalability, and performance standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Expertise in Selenium, WebDriver, TestNG, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber
• Proficiency in API testing with Rest Assured and Karate
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Nexus, and G3
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MongoDB
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter
• Familiarity with JIRA and Zephyr for test management
• Technical understanding of Java, APIs, and microservices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and preparing test strategies
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of credit risk management applications and domains

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Exposure to Power Apps development
• Working experience in credit risk management applications
