Scrum Master (Agile Project Manager) – Mobile Platform

As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital financial services, leading the Agile transformation within their Mobile Platform team. The project focuses on developing and enhancing mobile applications and online experiences, driving innovation in digital messaging, and improving underlying technology and security platforms. You will be at the forefront of delivering business outcomes through a collaborative and dynamic approach, ensuring the continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and engineering practices within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Agile/Scrum related ceremonies
• Adapt plans, schedules, and resource assignments throughout sprints to manage emerging requirements and risks
• Transform high-level business requirements into detailed backlogs, stories, and functional products
• Drive, track, and communicate the progress of sprints using metrics like team velocity and burn-down charts
• Ensure development teams practice core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, and accountability
• Strive for continuous improvement and team empowerment within the Agile framework
• Lead, guide, and mentor teams and stakeholders to become Agile advocates
• Facilitate the transformation from traditional delivery methods to Agile practices
• Coordinate complex project schedules and foster collaboration among globally distributed teams
• Self-manage and proactively drive solutions from inception to production, while building strong relationships across teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong practical experience and understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
• Fluent English
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Exposure and experience with the SDLC; design, coding, test, build, QA, deployment and maintenance and with service oriented architecture
• At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Agile Product Manager, IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Agile tools like Jira/Confluence, RTC or similar
• Good analytical skills with a high level of motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience leading Agile transformations and mentoring teams in Agile practices
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and resolve competing dependencies
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Industry-recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe 6
• Experience or understanding of modern Mobile technologies
• Experience in the delivery of Mobile applications
• An innovative approach to solving complex problems with excellent attention to detail
