As a Solution Architect in the Data & Workflow Tribe, you will be working for our client, a leader in finance, driving the implementation of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and designing scalable, efficient workflows. You will play a key role in defining process automation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and optimizing business operations. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will establish best practices for process modeling, orchestration, and governance, contributing to a cutting-edge workflow ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities: Design and implement BPMS platforms and process automation solutions

  • Define best practices for business process modeling and orchestration
  • Ensure seamless integration of BPMS with existing enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align process automation with strategic goals
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Establish governance frameworks for process execution and monitoring
  • Provide architectural guidance on process-driven applications and services
  • Drive innovation in workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Support teams in adopting Agile methodologies for process development
  • Document architectural decisions, standards, and best practices

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Extensive experience in BPMS platforms and workflow automation
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling languages (BPMN, DMN)
  • Expertise in integrating BPMS with enterprise applications and APIs
  • Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud solutions
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and process governance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for optimizing business processes
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in process automation
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Good English, both written and spoken
