Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a Structured Data Cloud DLP SME, you will be working for our client, a renowned global financial institution focusing on integrating new cloud-based application builds into an existing data security framework. This role involves ensuring cloud data structures on AWS, GCP, Azure, and AliCloud feed log information into security products like Guardium Big Data Intelligence from Imperva. You will be a subject matter expert in database space and cloud technologies, contributing to the organization’s robust cybersecurity strategies and compliance measures.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery and operation of cybersecurity strategies
  • Implementing controls to ensure compliance with global information security policies
  • Collaborating on the implementation of enterprise-wide IT strategies
  • Ensuring adherence to global information security requirements
  • Maintaining visibility of IT security risk profiles and control effectiveness
  • Engaging with regional and global cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Managing cloud-based data structures and their integration with security products
  • Utilizing tools to support data security and integration strategies
  • Promoting best practices in risk and compliance management
  • Driving innovation in data security solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Extensive experience in cloud-native solutions and data structures on AWS, GCP, Azure, and AliCloud
  • Strong expertise in structured data security engineering
  • Hands-on experience with DLP technology and IBM Guardium or Data Security Fabric
  • Proven operational management skills in a cybersecurity context
  • 5 years of cybersecurity experience
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
  • Ability to make strategic business decisions considering risks and stakeholder needs
  • A degree in IT or a related field
  • Strong skills in scripting, tool integration, and regular expressions
  • Ability to communicate complex IT security issues to diverse stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Information Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
  • Experience with Databricks Platform and machine learning modeling
  • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements
  • Experience in dealing with compliance matters and regulatory liaison
  • Background in financial organizations
