As a System Analyst in the Data & Workflow Tribe, you will be working for our client, a leader in finance, supporting the implementation of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and optimizing data-driven workflows. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering requirements, designing process flows, and ensuring efficient automation solutions. Your expertise will be key in enhancing process efficiency, maintaining system integrity, and driving digital transformation in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Your main responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements for process automation and workflow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal process flows and system functionalities
- Design and refine process models using BPMN and other relevant methodologies
- Support the implementation and integration of BPMS with enterprise applications
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance of workflow solutions
- Work closely with developers to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization strategies
- Define and execute test cases to validate system functionalities
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of workflows and system interactions
- Provide training and support to end-users on workflow automation tools
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience as a System Analyst in process automation or workflow management
- Strong understanding of BPMS platforms and business process modeling (BPMN, DMN)
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with data-driven workflows and integration of BPMS with other systems
- Knowledge of relational databases and data structures for process optimization
- Understanding of API-based system interactions and microservices architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in process improvement initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Good English, both written and spoken
