Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services organization, on a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) programme. This initiative aims to transform authentication processes for corporate users within the bank, involving significant collaboration with technical and IAM specialists. You will manage requirements, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of impactful business transformation.

Your main responsibilities: Mapping processes for IAM initiatives

• Analyzing and identifying use cases for IAM solutions
• Gathering and managing technical requirements for cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Understanding networking technologies, including VPNs and Proxies
• Collaborating closely with IT developers, engineers, and operational teams
• Communicating effectively with remote teams using digital collaboration tools
• Conducting root cause analysis for IAM issues
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting updates confidently
• Delivering quality outputs on schedule and maintaining accountability
• Utilizing MS Excel, Confluence, and Jira for project management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong process mapping and analysis skills
• Experience identifying use cases and gathering technical requirements
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including VPNs and Proxies
• Experience working with IT developers, engineers, and operational teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams using digital tools
• Strong root cause analysis skills
• Experience with Microsoft AD/IAM
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting work progress and updates
• Strong time management and self-sufficiency

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience in financial services
• Knowledge of Passwordless technologies
• Understanding of FIDO-based authentication
• Experience with EntraID/AzureAD
• Experience managing Apple Macs in corporate environments
• Experience working with global teams
