Test Automation Developer

Drive Quality in Online Banking as an Automation Tester!

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)

As a Test Automation Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, developing and maintaining automated test processes to ensure software quality and reliability. The role involves designing and creating tools and processes that support test automation, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders, and continuously improving test environments and practices.

Your main responsibilities: Design and create tools and processes supporting test automation

• Support installation and configuration of automation tools
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated software tests
• Manage and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks
• Conduct business analysis with clients and select scenarios for regression tests
• Verify the quality of automated scripts and test documentation
• Maintain the repository of test documentation and artifacts
• Monitor and optimize the test automation process
• Create and manage environments for automated testing
• Collaborate with developers, test specialists, and business stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing and test automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#, and experience with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Protractor, Jenkins, TeamCity, SoapUI, IDEs, JMeter, GIT, or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with user requirements analysis methodologies
• Understanding of system design methods
• Knowledge of manual testing processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges
