As a Senior Finance IT PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting the Security as a Platform Portfolio to ensure the delivery of technology services within budget and meeting stretch targets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with financial management, including budget tracking and forecasting across various cost categories
• Managing Portfolio P&L, including actuals, accruals, and reporting
• Implementing workforce strategy and resource management operations
• Ensuring accuracy and alignment of workforce data across relevant tools and systems (Pioneer MPP, Pioneer TPM, GPDM, COGNOS, SAM Tool & more)
• Handling third-party engagements, SOWs, contracts, and approvals

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A proven track record in operational, planning, or financial management
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities and a passion for metrics
• Experience working globally with remote teams
• Motivation to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with key tools like Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, Cognos, Jira, and Confluence

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience of working on a global scale
