Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Senior Application Monitoring Expert, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on designing and implementing innovative solutions for application monitoring. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and analyses to monitor application performance and stability, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with software vendors and development teams. The goal is to ensure optimal application performance and automate monitoring processes within CI/CD environments, in collaboration with administrative teams.

Your main responsibilities: Design and implement new solutions for application monitoring, particularly on the Dynatrace platform

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and analyses related to applications
• Recommend corrective and improvement actions
• Monitor application performance and stability
• Develop optimization strategies
• Collaborate with software vendors and development teams for improvements
• Ensure optimal application performance and BPMS tools
• Automate monitoring within the CI/CD process
• Work closely with administrative teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of application and IT system architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix, DBPLUS, Prometheus
• Proficiency in database management, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
• High level of independence and excellent time management skills
• Willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge in technology
• Commitment to teamwork and responsibility for achieving common goals

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with C# / .NET / .NET Core technologies
• Understanding of containerization concepts
