Senior International Business Manager for Nearshoring Services

Warsaw-based opportunity with a possibility to work remotely 2 days a week

At ITDS Poland, we specialize in IT Engineers Outsourcing, Product Development, and Integration services for key industries such as finance, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. We are looking for a driven, strategic leader to help expand our IT Consulting Unit by attracting new clients and developing a strong network.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive business growth within ITDS
• Identify market opportunities through meetings and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop strategies that enhance your IT Consultants’ unit
• Lead business planning to achieve long-term goals
• Expand the consulting unit by securing new projects and clients
• Collaborate on recruitment for your team
• Provide advisory services to clients, helping solve their business challenges
• Represent ITDS at industry meetups, events, and conferences
• Create sales presentations and participate in strategic sales meetings

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in sales and/or business development (preferably in IT Engineers Nearshoring services)
• A Master’s Degree (IT-related fields preferred)
• Strong understanding of the current IT market, profiles, and roles
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to grow your network
• Self-driven and goal-oriented; capable of working independently and within a team
• Emotional intelligence to navigate objections and negotiations
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English is essential
