Senior .NET Developer

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, contributing to the development and maintenance of advanced banking solutions. You will participate in designing, building, and optimizing software systems with cutting-edge technologies like .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes. Working in an agile and distributed team environment, you will focus on implementing new functionalities (70%) while maintaining existing features (30%).

Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET technologies

• Implement and optimize complex IT systems
• Automate testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Collaborate within an agile team to deliver iterative improvements
• Integrate and maintain systems with Docker and Kubernetes
• Share knowledge and mentor other team members
• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration within a distributed team
• Participate in maintaining and supporting existing software
• Prepare technical documentation to support project goals

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Advanced programming skills in .NET (C#, .NET Core, .NET 6 and 8, ASP.NET, MVC.NET)
• Experience with SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, and database management
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, including modular testing and automation
• Familiarity with tools like MSSQL, Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, Msbuild, TeamCity, and PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in understanding and producing technical documentation in English
• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in IT projects
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and agile team environment
