Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office)

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services company, on a strategic project aimed at optimising secure software development. You will collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams across different business areas, including Cybersecurity, to identify problem areas and develop automation patterns that enhance integration between DevOps platforms and security tools. Working in an agile, DevSecOps environment, you will play a key role in delivering robust solutions that streamline processes, improve developer experience, and strengthen overall security automation across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and producing integration artefacts connecting multiple tools through CI/CD pipelines

  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate Cyber tool integration
  • Developing and delivering implementation patterns that optimise security and development workflows
  • Testing proof-of-concepts for automation and optimisation patterns
  • Liaising with engineering stakeholders to gather and define pattern requirements
  • Producing documentation and artefacts for governance and approval of patterns
  • Supporting cloud and infrastructure integration activities related to secure development

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience in DevOps engineering, building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations with operations or Cyber tooling
  • Experience in developing Infrastructure as Code
  • System administration experience with Cyber or DevOps tools
  • Proficiency in cloud engineering concepts and practices
  • Development experience in Java, Python, or similar languages
  • Good understanding of general infrastructure, networking, and operating systems
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and their integration into SDLC
  • Passion for improving developer experience, security integration, and automation
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in producing integration design artefacts for enterprise governance
