Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day/month in the office)

As a Product Management and Communications, you will be working for our client, a global financial services leader, helping to ensure the IT Compliance Engine (ICE) provides clear and transparent technology controls for application teams. You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent experiences for developers and control owners, while supporting broader platform initiatives. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders, communicating roadmaps, supporting pilots for new features, and ensuring that customer needs are central to all developments. You will also contribute to reporting, showcases, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Your main responsibilities: Supporting the product owner in engaging customers and stakeholders

  • Running customer forums and presenting updates on product developments
  • Aligning and communicating product roadmaps to users
  • Collaborating with business analysts to set up and run pilots for new features
  • Communicating new features and updates to customers effectively
  • Testing processes and ensuring customer-centric approaches in new work and transitions
  • Producing status reports, RAID updates, and supporting Steering Committee presentations
  • Supporting product planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Championing the use of data and metrics to understand customer behaviour

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in working within globally distributed development teams
  • Ability to capture explicit and implicit requirements and define appropriate solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and communicate technical concepts to users
  • Proactive and self-starting mindset with ability to seek out and present information
  • Organised and methodical approach to align and summarise information
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to team discussions
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and support product planning
  • Innovative mindset with willingness to propose improvements and new ideas
  • Focus on customer experience in delivering solutions

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • PMO experience or knowledge of project management processes
  • Experience with user research or user experience initiatives
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision making and metrics
  • Knowledge of globally used compliance or IT control platforms
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders or committees
