As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a leading organization dedicated to innovative technology transformation. You will spearhead the efficient execution of the Data Center Migration from Poland to Germany project by fostering Agile and SAFe methodologies, removing obstacles, and ensuring continuous improvement. Your expertise will enable teams to deliver high-impact solutions, shaping the future of data infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Identify and eliminate blockers, mitigating risks to maintain steady progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
• Shield the team from external disruptions, fostering a focused environment.
• Promote a culture of ongoing improvement through regular retrospectives.
• Ensure thorough documentation of work in Jira to support visibility and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Release and Project Managers to define deployment timelines.
• Support the maintenance and development of Agile, SAFe tools and methodologies organization-wide.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3–4 years experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3–4 years experience as a Project or Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English language skills for effective communication.
• Good command of Polish is required.
